4. ECTODERMAL DYSPLASIA: ARE MINIS THE BEST BET TO FINISH THIS CASE ?



Having made it my stated purpose as.... "to make him smile easily and spontaneously",  I proceeded to cosmetically bond and reshape his two "draculas" into more innocently looking incisors. With growing inspiration, I orthodontically began approximating them.
